Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened and unworn items within 30 days of dispatch date for exchange. Exchanges: Return Postage is the purchasers responsibility. There is no exchange or refund on sale items. Unfortunately we can not 'Hold Items" so if you would like to swap size or style, you will have to purchase it or wait until we receive your item for exchange. Postage costs for exchanged item will be deducted from the refund when the item is received by us. Some Items, such as swimwear, can not be exchanged due to Hygiene laws. Refunds: If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will happily provide a full refund. Faulty goods will require an inspection process before refund so please be patient as we endeavour to rectify any situation for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can not provide any Refunds after 30 days for used items.

Express Postage is tracked with Australia Post and Average Time Frames are stated below: Regional Postcodes: 1-3 Business days. Western Australia: 1-4 Business days. Metropolitan: 1-2 Business days. International Shipping is Available for a flat rate of $45.00. Please check if the Purchase is subject to further Taxation in your Home Country. Some Larger Items like Skateboards and Surfboards have higher postage rates due to weight. Unfortunately we can not deliver to PO Box's. We strive to have all orders received between Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) shipped the same day AND no later than the following working day.
